Origin Story
Plaicore was founded in 2021 by a team from three fields: pet behaviorists, consumer electronics engineers, and a group of pet owners who are both tormented and deeply in love with their own furry troublemakers.
Our original idea was simple: pet toys on the market were either too childish and boring after two days, or the so‑called “smart products” were so complicated that pets simply ignored them. We realized that true intelligence isn’t about stacking features – it’s about understanding a pet’s natural behavior.

How it all started
Paragraph 1 – The Problem

The problem is: most pet toys are designed around “human imagination”, while completely missing “pet nature”
Paragraph 2 – The Birth of the Brand
So we decided to do it ourselves.
In 2021, a few engineers, pet behavior consultants, and seasoned pet owners gathered in a garage (yes, the classic startup story) and started observing, recording, and testing.
We captured over 3,000 videos of cats pouncing and dogs chasing, analyzing what trigger patterns they truly love – sudden movements? regular vibrations? or random sounds?
What we found: what truly hooks a pet isn’t a more expensive shell, but an interactive logic that mimics their hunting instincts.
Paragraph 3 – Our Product Philosophy
Thus, Plaicore was born.
A brand that puts animal behavior science into a chip, and then hides
that chip inside a fun toy.
Toy Series: No longer just plush or rubber. They simulate prey suddenly darting away, moving in unpredictable speeds – making your dog chase non‑stop.
Smart Series: Auto‑play, scheduled feeding, remote interaction – all with one purpose: to say “I’m here” for you when you’re workin late, on a business trip, or in a meeting.
Paragraph 4 – Brand Promise
We will never make “tech junk” that looks cool but your pet ignores.
Before every Plaicore product leaves the factory, it is sent to 20 “professional playtesters” (rescued cats and dogs) at our partner shelters. Only when they keep playing with it for 7 days without getting bored do we start mass production.
